      <image:caption>ALEX HASKINS, BS, CMES, CPT Hi!  My name is Alex and I'm the owner and master trainer here at Alacrity Fitness. I was involved in just about every sport possible when I was younger, but didn't continue with any sports in college. I still needed a competitive outlet though, and so I took up weight training. This soon evolved into a degree in Exercise and Movement science and a personal training career.  After a herniated disc forced me to reevaluate my own training, I became interested in the rehab side of coaching. Years of work in rehab settings, working with athletes at the highest competitive level as well as with the everyday exerciser has given me a comprehensive understanding of how to most effectively and safely train people regardless of where they are starting. I’m personally an avid golfer and dog dad. I’d love nothing more than bringing my passion for fitness to anyone looking for help! -B.S.
